Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Products: Items made to order or personalized.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Health and Personal Care Items: Certain health and personal care items.
Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact us at sales@globalbluellc.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship Your Item: Send your item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
